Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to shop with confidence at EliteHub UK. This policy explains returns, refunds, and your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
90-day returns
You may return eligible products within 90 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Items that are personalised, hygiene-sealed once opened, or clearly marked as non-returnable are excluded unless faulty.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund including reasonable return postage where applicable.
Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
How to start a return
Email us at support@elitehubuk.com with:
- Your order number and full name
- Reason for return and photos if the item is damaged
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Return postage
For change-of-mind returns within 90 days, you are responsible for return postage unless we state otherwise at the time of purchase.
Faulty or incorrect items: we will provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable UK return costs when agreed in advance.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Delivery charges are refunded only where the entire order is returned due to our error or a fault.
Cancellations
If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. If it has already shipped, you may return it under this policy after delivery.
